I notice that each of the different types of valos have at least one trait in common. They are all super protective of the human woman they encounter in their domain. That holds true even if they think they’re not mates. Rock and Vlunn are so intense, yet so sweet to Zoya, that I find them adorable! Their story well done, poignant, and romantic. I love it!

I liked each and every book in the whole series and gobbled up each one. Now I need to reread in order to keep each story straight since they all happen pretty at the same time.
I was a bit reluctant to start a multi-author series because I have been disappointed in the past with authors that I love changing their style to suit the parameters of the project but I could not resist so many of my favorite authors as a group. The authors stayed true to their style. I loved this story and have high hopes for the rest. So far, I have not been disappointed in the slightest. So glad I gave this a chance.
Thank you for a warm story that start with tragedy move to the love of life.. This is a MMF story. This was summons to action with the heart stones. It involves Zoya , one of many subjects of dehumanized experimentation involved in the Concorde . The ship crash landed on a Alien planet. Now one is in the game of survival. Zoya meets Vlunn and Qlraensuekx (Rock)) .. She learn about the stone Valos. men. Maybe another book in the series would have Quinn, Lydia, and Petra met at a place in the forest. Read to find the outcome. On to The next book......
I’ve read almost all the books in Valos series, but at some point the stories started looking very similar.
Yet, Ms Simcoe managed to turn the tide a bit, despite the fact that not much different can be squeezed out of the same circumstances - still same planet, same prison ship, same valos with the stones...
Totally recommend to those who are not ready yo part with valos yet ;)
Zoya was going to have one last operation that she would not survive from.When she woke up the prison space ship had crashed on another planet. She can understand quite a few languages and some basic from creatures. A predator starts to go after her but since she can control her body temperature so she cools off and the creature was blind sensed by heat. Zoya was saved by a humanoid named Rock a Valos. He brings her back to his home to meet his partner Vlunn. The chemistry between the three grew daily. She had strong feelings for them and it was returned. Really liked how the were with each other. Great ending enjoyed this very much.
This is my 2nd favorite book on the series (closely followed by books 1, 2 and 5)
The author's imagination and talent is amazing. Very well written easy to read. Lovely city and forrest descriptions. Cute pet!
The male characters are so sweet and they love each other so much! The girl is capable and her thirst of knowledge and willingness to help is endearing, there's tension, love, steamy scenes, action ...
I shed a few tears too.

I am enjoying these books in this series!I in this 8th book Soya , a friend of Quinn, from the previous book, is so tired of the experiment 's that Sapp her energy, make her sick ,and HURT, that , as she is coming out of ANOTHER surgical abomination of her body , overheard the Dr and medical staff discussing that she may not live through another surgery , that's ok with her. She would rather be dead , such is her existence. Isn't that so sad??
By a weird quirk of fate, before her Last surgery can be started, the prison ship she is on, crashes on an Alien planet. And she finds , that, given a choice, she wants to Live! Just not there on a prison space ship. So, instead of searching for any survivors, she heads in the opposite direction from the crash site. Thirsty, achy, still under the influence of all of the hourly, and daily drug only meals she has been receiving, she is desperate for food , but most of all WATER !! If course when you are looking for something, you rarely find it ! After spotting some strange creatures, she is about to give up , when a very huge Rock man comes to her rescue. . He believes that she could be his and his friends " mate" , but she is only a human fallen from the sky , not one of the Creator 's inventions. As she heals and learns about this new world she finds herself in,and the bond between her rescuers grow and deepen , will she be able to let the past go and make a whole new life with her Stone VALOS , VLUNN , and ROCK ?? Or will it be too late ? What else must she ENDURE ???
